In 2008, the Company’s Board of Management decided to establish DĐK Investment – Construction Joint Stock Group, abbreviated as DĐK Group. Up to now, under the leadership of Mr. Nguyen Van Duong – Chairman of Board of Directors cum General Director, the Company has become a strong Group in basic construction sector as well as in investment and trading of real estate projects. From a small-sized company established in 2001, after 10 years of construction and development, Group’s subsidiaries have been founded in almost provinces and cities of the country. The Group always provides the best services and economic prices. In 2008, DĐK Investment – Construction Joint Stock Group, abbreviated as DĐK Group was officially established of Mr. Nguyen Van Duong – Chairman of Board of Directors cum General Director with 5 company members. Since 2008 until now, numbers of DĐK Group’s subsidiaries keep developing and operating mainly in investment and development of infrastructures of industrial parks, attracting business and investment of real estate projects, consulting and constructing civil works, industrial works, traffic works, irrigation works. DĐK Group has overcome many difficulties and obstacles since the date of establishment to be one of prestigious and large-scale real estate groups of Vietnam. As of 2010, DĐK Group is the employer of 5 real estate projects, including:
- DĐK green-clean industrial park: 340ha (Soc Son – Hanoi).
- DĐK green-clean industrial park: 200 ha (Kim Dong – Hung Yen).
- DĐK head offices and offices for rent: 9 floors (Hung Yen).
- DĐK engineering and technology training center: 2ha (Hanoi).
- DĐK high-tech medical care center: 0.3ha (Hanoi).
In addition to investment and development of industrial parks, DĐK Group also plans and invests in residential areas for these industrial parks. Residential areas and services are as follows:
- DĐK urban areas and housing for workers: 70 ha (Soc Son – Hanoi).
- DĐK urban areas and housing for workers: 20 ha (Kim Dong – Hung Yen).
