Development
• KDIP located in communes including Toan Thang, Chinh Nghia and Pham Ngu Lao in Kim Dong District, Hung Yen Province. KDIP is established since 2010 with the total area of 200 ha, developed into 2 phases:
- Phase 1: 100ha, as expected, infrastructures are completed and put into operations from Quarter IV, 2023
- Phase 2: 100ha, as expected, infrastructures are completed and put into service from 2025.
• The Industrial Park is expected to attract other industrial manufacturing sectors with low harmful pollutants such as:
ـ Manufacturing and installing electronics and telecommunications devices, electrical appliances, refrigeration used in processing industry; software technology.
ـ Manufacturing consumer goods: furniture, interior equipment; high-quality handicraft; office supplies, stationery; clothing for export.
Infrastructures and facilities
• Power supply
The power supply for the Industrial Park is taken from transformer station 110KV of the area in Road 19A, 3km from the Industrial Park. An intermediate transformer station 110/22KV will be constructed to distribute power 22KV to factories. Power is supplied stably through the National grid.
• Telecommunications
Underground optical cable systems are directly connected to site of each land plot.
• Water supply sytem
Kim Dong Industrial Park has 2 clean water sources: One is the clean water source of Kim Dong District and the other is from underground wells. In the immediate future, without water supply source of the District, the Industrial Park will construct a local water supply station with capacity of around 2,500m3/day. These water supply systems are designed in the form of closed loop network, connecting to the site of each land plot.
• Waste water treatment system
Local waste water treatment system with capacity of 2,500 m3/day (Phase 1). Waste water (industrial and domestic wastewater) is processed by the Industrial Park at minimum standard C before discharging into the general wastewater drainage system of the Industrial Park. After wastewater is processed by the Industrial Park at standard A under Vietnam standards, it is discharged into Cuu An River.
• Surface water drainage system
This surface water drainage system is constructed separately. Rainwater is collected by manholes, sewer systems and discharged into Kim Nguu and Cuu An Rivers.
• Traffic systems
Locating in parallel to Highway 39 (length of 1,5km). Traffic road systems of the Industrial Park are organized in the form of chess board network to ensure the convenient travel to every land plot in the Industrial Park.
Supporting services
In order to facilitate investors’ investment in the Industrial Park, the employer is willing to provide supporting services before and after licensing in the shortest time as possible with the most reasonable costs:
• Consulting in enterprise establishment and applying for investment certificates.
• Business management services.
• Financial and accounting services for enterprises.
• Design and construction services of factories, warehouses.
• Import – export services.
• Insurance services, customs procedures and goods storage.
• Goods transport services.
• Accommodation services for professionals.
• Training cooperation and regular supply of qualified labor forces.
Land rental and fees
• Land rental: 120-130-150 USD/m2/50 year
• Management fees: USD0.3/m2/year (annual repaid)
• Infrastructure fees: USD0.3/m2/year (annual repaid)
• Fresh water fees: VND 7,000/m3
• Wastewater treatment fees: VND 4,500/m3 (wastewater volume is calculated by 80% actual used fresh water)
• Power price: According to the price of Vietnam Government.
