The Company will submit 5 planning plans in May 2012, Hanoi

The Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture and Hanoi Urban Planning Institute have recently approved implementation plans for zoning plans.
Accordingly, these zoning plans are divided into 3 evaluation phases. Phase 1 includes 5 zoning plans withsymbols N5, N7, N8, N9, S5, as expected, they will be fulfilled the evaluation and submission for approval in May  2012. Phase 2 includes 6 zoning plans with symbols S1, S2, S3, S4, N4, N11 and Phase 3 includes 6 zoning plans with symbols N1, N2, N3, N6, GS, GN.

The Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture also said that, in 2012, the Department shall complete 100% planning under the administrative boundaries of districts, communes, towns; completing the planning of new countryside, planning rural areas and other plans of construction, improvement and upgrading residential areas.
 
List of 25 zoning plans:

For the urban center with 25 zoning plans, planning plans shall be made including stable planning plans (H1, N10): metropolitan areas in Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Dong Da, Cau Giay, Thanh Xuan, Hoang Mai and a part of Tay Ho, Long Bien, Hai Ba Trung districts.

Metropolitan areas with changes (symbol H2): areas from belt road 2 to belt road of Nhue River including Tu Liem, Ha Dong, Thanh Tri districts.Chain of urban areas from the East of belt road 4 (South of Red River): S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, GS. The Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture has prepared and approved 6 zoning plans including S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, GS.

Chain of urban areas from the North of Red River: N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8, N9, N11, GN. The Hanoi 

Department of Planning and Architecture has prepared and approved 11 zoning plans including N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8, N9, N11, GN.Areas under Red River projects R1, R2, R3, R4, R6 shall be performed under specific projects.
Areas in Duong River R5: Implemented under specific projects.
